From the Coaches:
*Please check your folders nightly. There will be lots of information sent home in the next couple of months.
*Please make sure your daughter has a water bottle, running shoes, jump rope, ankle weights and journal each day she is at gym. The girls may leave everything in their cubbies.
*We will have a 10 minute snack break each workout, please send a healthy snack. Candy, pop and chips are not good choices for snack
