***RULES AND POLICIES FOR MINNESOTA AERIALS GYMNASTICS***
FROM SEPTEMBER-MAY, tuition is based on a monthly schedule. During the summer months tuition we will offer two, five week sessions for all classes.
REGISTRATION FEE: An ANNUAL registration fee is required for ALL students enrolled in gymnastics. The fee for the first child in a family will be $40.00; subsequent children will be $20.00 each.
FAMILY RATES: The full tuition amount will be charged to the gymnast with the greatest tuition cost. Second children receive a 15% discount off their tuition. Third children receive 50% off their tuition costs. For more than three children, please see the office staff.
DISCOUNTS:
A $5.00 tuition discount coupon will be mailed to all families that refer other people who register in our program. In order to receive this coupon, your name must appear in the "reffered by" section of the registration form.
REFUNDS/CREDITS: No refunds or credits will be given once the month has begun.
MISSED CLASSES: Although Minnesota Aerials LLC cannot guarantee that a make-up class can be provided, we will make every effort to accommodate 1 (and only 1) missed class per month. Prior arrangements must be made thru the receptionist, and again, there is NO guarantee that there will be an available class. Classes missed will not be credited toward the next month and missed classes from a previous month may NOT be made-up in the current month. Minnesota Aerials does not prorate tuition for missed or cancelled classes.
ATTIRE: Long hair MUST be tied up and children with short hair should have it pulled away from their eyes. NO JEWELRY! All girls must wear a LEOTARD or BIKETARD. Shorts and tee-shirts are not allowed!
DROP POLICY: All students are automatically enrolled each month unless you let us know PRIOR to the end of the month that they will not be continuing. After the session begins payment will be required regardless of attendance, if written notice has not been received. Notice must be received in writing before the last Saturday of your child’s current month. Drop slips may be obtained at the front desk and dropped in the tuition box.
OTHER: Parents are not allowed in the gym unless they are participating in a parent/tot class. All observation must be from designated areas.
