***RULES AND POLICIES FOR MINNESOTA AERIALS GYMNASTICS***

We offer six different sessions throughout the year:

Fall, Winter, Spring, Spring-Mini (correlates with Spring Show), Summer 1 and Summer 2.

REGISTRATION FEE:

An ANNUAL registration fee is required for ALL students enrolled in gymnastics. The fee for the first child in a family will be $40.00. 

FAMILY RATES:

The full tuition amount will be charged to the gymnast with the greatest tuition cost. Second children receive a 15% discount off their tuition.  Third children receive 1/2 off their tuition costs.  For more than three children, please see the office staff.

DISCOUNTS:
A $5.00 tuition discount coupon will be mailed to all families that refer other people who register in our program.  In order to receive this coupon, your name must appear in the "referred by" section of the registration form.

Multiple class discounts are available, please see office staff for details.

REFUNDS/CREDITS: No refunds or credits will be given once the session has begun.

MISSED CLASSES:

1 make-up/class/gymnast may be used within the month of missed class or in the same session.  Make-ups may be during open gym or during scheduled classes, please see your instructor for details.

ATTIRE:

Long hair MUST be tied up and children with short hair should have it pulled away from their eyes. NO JEWELRY! All girls must wear a LEOTARD or BIKETARD. Shorts and tee-shirts are not allowed!

DROP POLICY: All students are automatically enrolled each session unless we receive a transfer request or drop note during week 9 of each session.

OTHER:

Parents are not allowed in the gym unless they are participating in a parent/tot class.

All observation must be from designated viewing areas.
